Our history
Our roots date back to the early 1970s, building on the legacy of several renowned development companies based in Alicante, at the heart of Spain’s Mediterranean Coast.
Some of our most iconic developments were located in Alicante, particularly in Playa de San Juan, where wwe pioneered a new concept of residential holiday living aimed at families looking for homes with large terraces, generous communal areas, and spacious gardens.
This strong heritage has provided us with deep market knowledge and the expertise to ensure the successful management and execution of all our projects.

Quadratia is led by real estate professionals with over 50 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering more than 7,500 properties. Additionally, the team brings valuable international expertise in consultancy and banking.
Our team comprises more than 45 permanent members and is supported by an external network of experienced professionals to support residential projects of any scale. Our customer service department is multilingual and fully focused on supporting international clients throughout the purchasing process.
To ensure the highest standards of quality and design, we have our own in-house architectural team, Adoras Atelier, and technical team to oversee construction.
