El Verger takes a step forward in its urban planning with the completion of the residential development of Sector C El Barranquet, one of the most ambitious developments in the Marina Alta.
With a surface area of more than 243,000 m², this action marks the reactivation of an urban development plan that had been paralysed since 2010 following the financial crisis.
Thanks to the comprehensive management of Quadratia as developer and manager of the project and in coordination with the development agent, this area has been recovered with updated criteria and standards well above the minimum urban planning requirements.
The signing of the works reception deed was formalised on 12 June at the Town Hall of El Verger, a milestone that we celebrated on 26 June at the sales office of Talasa Utopian Village, with the presence of representatives of the Town Hall, the Quadratia team, its investment partner and national and international real estate agencies.
An urban development that exceeds the required standards

The intervention has involved an investment of more than 3 million euros and has reserved more than 35% of the land for public use (a total of 86,588 m²), distributed in:
- 26,624 m² of green areas.
- 6,238 m² for facilities.
- 53,724 m² of road network.
The improvements also include the recovery of an old well, now integrated into the municipal supply network, and the provision of 816 parking spaces (far more than the 613 obligatory).
In addition, energy-saving LED luminaires, updated children’s areas and an urban design that favours functionality and well-being have been incorporated.
Quadratia: leadership in residential developments on the Mediterranean Coast

Quadratia ‘s work has been key in the reactivation of this urban development project in El Verger, guaranteeing a rigorous technical execution, a sustainable approach and a residential vision coherent with the environment.
Thanks to this action, two new residential developments are already underway in the sector: Talasa Caelus and Talasa Terra, homes that reflect the Mediterranean lifestyle and the values of design, sustainability and community that define Quadratia.
Both projects are set to consolidate a new residential area in the Marina Alta, with a great attraction for those looking to invest, live or establish a second home near the sea.
A new horizon for El Verger and real estate investment

With the urbanisation completed, El Verger puts an end to more than a decade of blockage and positions itself as a strategic enclave for housing development on the Costa Blanca, with potential for new developments, senior living projects and even hotel initiatives.
Sector C El Barranquet is thus transformed into an example of sustainable and well-planned urban development, in which the environment, urban quality and habitability take on a new meaning.
So, if you are looking for a property with a vision for the future or you want to invest in a strategic enclave such as the Marina Alta, we are here to accompany you.
