Our Quadratia team, in collaboration with the architecture studio Adoras Atelier, has announced the creation of a one-of-a-kind coworking space: a 3D printed concrete construction that will be integrated within the exclusive setting of Allonbay Village, a seafront residential complex in Villajoyosa (Alicante).

This announcement represents a new pioneering project for the company, which integrates technological innovation, avant-garde design and a firm commitment to the environment.

The future 3D printed coworking space is located in Aster Residencial, one of the strategic plots of Allonbay Village, a development that has established itself as a benchmark for sustainable urban planning on the Costa Blanca.

With this initiative, Quadratia not only expands its offer of community spaces within the residential complex, but also opens the door to new collaborative and professional uses, designed for residents, teleworkers and digital nomads.

Circular architecture and 3D printing technology

The building has been designed and printed by Adoras Atelier, a studio specialising in sustainable architectural solutions, using an innovative system of 3D printing in concrete.

This process, which significantly reduces construction waste and emissions associated with traditional construction, allows for faster and more efficient execution.

According to the project managers, 3D printing in concrete offers the possibility of breaking away from traditional geometric constraints. The aim is not only to optimise timescales, but to explore new ways of designing.

It is a system that makes it possible to move away from mass production and towards a more human architecture, where technique, formal expression and environmental awareness come together.

We want this coworking to be a symbol of how sustainable design and innovation can improve the quality of life, including in the professional sphere.

A project in line with the philosophy of Allonbay Village

The new coworking space is in line with the values that have guided the development of Allonbay Village since its inception: sustainability, wellbeing and community. This residential complex, located between Benidorm and Villajoyosa, is surrounded by natural landscapes such as Les Puntes del Moro and Torres beach, one of the few unspoilt areas of the Alicante coastline.

Allonbay Aster combines designer homes with large landscaped areas, swimming pools, sports areas, children’s play areas and now also collaborative services such as this new 3D printed coworking space.

Its integration with the natural environment has been recognised as a model of responsible development, and has attracted both national and international residents in search of a healthy and tranquil, yet well-connected living experience.

Towards a more connected and creative community

With this step, Quadratia reaffirms its commitment to a more personal urban planning, where technological innovation is placed at the service of social welfare.

In addition to facilitating remote working, this new coworking space aims to become a meeting point for creativity, entrepreneurship and collaboration between neighbours.

The work is now complete and very soon the new residents of Aster will be able to enjoy their homes and the communal areas of the development, including this 3D printed coworking space.

Final summary
